The Police alleged that the defendant denied to police that he had been operating a Camry.

NAME OF CASE:

Withheld.

CRIMINAL LAWYER CASE RESULTS:

This case was tried before a jury and the Criminal Defense Lawyer argued that the evidence showed that in fact the defendant’s operation of his motor vehicle was reasonable.

The Criminal Defense Lawyer argued that defendant had a very thick Spanish accent and the police unfairly portrayed his speech as slurred. The DUI Criminal Defense Attorney further argued the Defendant performed reasonably well on the field sobriety test under all of the circumstances. At the conclusion of the trial the jury found the defendant not guilty of all the charges
