The defendant was alleged to have committed the following offenses:

1. Larceny over $250.

The defendant was suspected of stealing several thousands of dollars from a parent-teacher organization at a local public school. Following a clerk’s hearing at Lynn District Court, the clerk magistrate determined that probable cause to issue a criminal complaint existed; thus, granting the application for the criminal complaint.
