Roxbury Threats

Boston Clerk’s Hearing Report

JURISDICTION: Roxbury District Court

The defendant was alleged to have committed the following offenses:

1. Threat to Commit Bodily Harm
2. Annoying or Harassing Telephone Calls

Pursuant to the aforementioned allegations, the defendant was required to appear before a clerk magistrate at Roxbury District Court to determine whether probable cause existed, and the application for the criminal complaint should be granted. Massachusetts Criminal Defense Lawyer successfully argued that a criminal complaint should not issue.

Application for criminal complaint was denied; thus, no record of the allegations shall appear on the defendant’s CORI.
